Pressure test.

Test operation: When the tub is under 300 pounds of pressure in a continuous impact of 1800 times, the bottom of the product can not be deformed±1.2mm at the bottom and the bottom can not be cracked.

Hardness test.

The hardness of the surface is measured by Shore Hardness Tester. The standard is that hardness mush reach above 58 degree.

High temperature test

Test operating: When bathtub and Wash basin sink in continuous heating for 1 hours at 80~100 centigrade, the bottom of the products can not be deformed ±1.2mm and  the puddle at the bottom must be ± 3 inches *3 inches.

Use clear bag cover whole tub to prevent dust firstly. Then put bathtub into about 3cm thick carton box. Or use wooden box which made by MDF board. With a plate under box which is convenient for forklift carrying. Out of box with shipping marks. Wooden box or Carton box depends on customer's requirements. Packing cost difference should be compensated.
