Cautions of UV printer

1.It is better to keep some cleaning liquid in stock in case the machine needs cleaning.

2.If you use white UV ink, shake it on alternate days and check before printing.

3.Press ink button and check printing every time when printing has been stopped for more than one hour.

4.Room temperature may influence printing quality.

5.Surroundings are suggested to be controlled between 20-30℃, humidity 40%-70%.

6.RIP software is necessary for printing white color, and its inner ICC is very good for all colors.

Process

1. UV Flatbed Printer Can print white color,for there have white uv ink,but if you use eco solvent ink with flatbed printer,there are no white ink,so flatbed printer can't print white color(except when we use textile ink and print on textile,for there have white textile ink).


2. UV Flatbed Printer can print on any materials directly without coating,no need pretreatment,but for flatbed printer,we need spray coating before printing for almost materials,or the image will be removed very easy by scratch.


3. UV Flatbed Printer can print out image with Embossed Effect,but flatbed printer can't.


4. After Printing,uv ink dry immediately.
